Deadlines
8am 10th October - Booking opens! At this time of year, when everyone's chequbooks are groaning under
the weight of college fees and shopping for everything you forgot to bring back with you, you'll be glad to know
that you only need to pay a £90 deposit to secure your place on Varsity Trip 2011. You can also change
all your options on the booking form any time in the next three weeks, apart from a change of name (ie transfering
your place to someone else) which incurs a £30 fee.
1st November - Deadline for changing booking options. Remember that if you surrender a popular option,
like flights, Mountain Meal, Comedy Night, etc, and someone else takes it, you won't be able to get it back!
2nd November - Final payment deadline!
4th November - Deadline for First Lift participants to submit copies of their Senior Tutor/DoS's permission
to attend the trip. Submissions after this date will incur an administration fee; submissions after the 16th
November cannot be accepted, and you will forfeit your place on the trip.
9th November - Accommodation Allocation will take place on
www.varsitytrip.com
1st/2nd/3rd December - Leaving date first lift/coaches/flights. And then the excitement truly begins!
